It seems unbelievable to me that 2014 signifies my 24th year serving Chester County with terrific and lovable chiropractic. It has really been a blessing taking care of everyone and I feel honored to continue to do so.
Please make sure your New Years is safe and don't do any silly things.
As the year begins lets just go through a handful of health tips to make sure we all start off on the right foot:
1- Get adjusted, get your chiropractic care; weather its for acute, chronic, or "keep up the wellness" care
2- If you have never been to a dermatologist it is time to go to check the largest organ of the human body: The Skin
3- Ladies: if it is mammogram time please take care of it
4- I have met too many patients who have never had a colonoscopy; if that is you, I will give you a phone number of a good, trusted Doctor. If it has been long enough for a second one to be done, take care of that
5- Men: get that prostate checked; including blood work for the PSA
Health is not merely the absence of symptoms, it is a combination of many things including function/exercise/healthy blood work/good mental outlook/proper nutrition/ and lots of love making!
God bless us all...
Happy New Year!
Yours in good health,
Dr. Ray and Staff

A FEW HOLIDAY TIPS FROM DR. RAY
Tis the season to be jolly- Actually every season we should be jolly. Any who, some pointers:
1- If your going to make a couple of thousand Christmas cookies, please take extra breaks for your lower back. Standing stooped over the kitchen counter for hours is tough on the spine. Believe me! By the way, if you are going to make a couple of thousand Christmas cookies, why don't you bring me some at the office! (haha..)
2- Please please do not do gift wrapping on the floor- it is terrible for your spine and tough on your tush. Better to sit at table on a comfortable chair, have some egg nog or some Manishevitz and wrap away.
3- Since Hanukkah was so early this year, I don't need to give you Latka oil burning prevention hints- lucky you. The last time Hanukkah was so early, Moses was schlepping through the parted waters with the troops.
So anyway, have a wonderful holiday with your family and friends and of course if you tweak anything give me a call- I'll be around.
God bless, happy new year.
Yours in good health,
Dr. Ray and Staff

SNOW ALERT, SNOW ALERT
I hope you all are safe and sound while getting safely through our first snowfall of the winter of 2013. Please drive extra careful, watch your distance between cars (I tell my kids that all the time), make sure you have a good snow scraper and brush in your car, and if you have to do any shoveling you still want to bend your knees properly and listen to your body for stop time.
Please keep in mind the pre-holiday stressors can certainly effect the function of your body. Don't hesitate to give the office a call for a great Dr. Ray adjustment.
Look out for our Holiday blog entry coming in 2 weeks!!!
Yours in good health,
Dr. Ray and Staff
PS- Great time of year to buy your loved ones an hour massage. Call or stop in the office to get a gift certificate!
