An important reminder from Dr. Ray: Increasing laptop usage elevates the odds of ridiculous ergonomics (proper work station placement). In other words- place your laptop on a table so your posture can be like your using a desktop computer. PLEASE don't fall into the trap of working on your laptop rolled in a ball on your bed or sofa. It is really bad for your spinal alignment and health (Not to mention Quasimodo syndrome)!!! That's why Resnick Chiropractic is here, to help with your spinal health! Hope ya'll are doing fantastic. I'm a little sluggish myself because my brain is still a bit singed from last weeks 145 degree weather, or something like that! Speaking about our brains, please remember good brain health. So...
- eat healthy food (lots of fruits and veggies)
- get enough sleep (6-8 hours)
- exercise 3-4 times a week
- and keep those positive, mental attitudes going
