Just checking in...

I hope all are well and safe and following the guidelines during these trying times. We will all get through this and perhaps learn a few positive things from this. There is usually silver lining in stormy clouds...

Dr. Ray is in the office this week, seeing only 1 patient at a time and making sure proper cleaning protocols are in place. Sanitizer will be available and all tables, chairs, door knobs and other will be cleaned after each appointment.

Please be safe for you and your families. Please call or email with questions and we will get through this.

Yours in good health,

Dr. Ray and Staff

Handling the Stressors

Even if everything is going dandy with your lives there is always some amount of stress that we have to deal with. How we learn to deal with the stress in our lives will help our body stay healthy and avoid sickness for the most part.

Certainly the recent Coronavirus story has grown and grown and has gotten scarier as time has gone on, but it's important to try our best to not let these stresses make us sick because then we only get weaker and our immune system takes a hit. Every time we allow stress to effect us our immune system gets weaker.

All I am saying everyone is to please take a deep breath and wash your hands more often then you might have been accustomed to and don't let yourself get sick over this epidemic.

Here is just a little list of things you can do to decrease stress in your body:

- Positive mental attitude

- Intermittent adjustments helps the immune system work properly
- Get as much sleep as you can
- Stay away from the news each day if that drives you crazy and effects your mental health
- Make sure you take some multi vitamins
- Go online and look up some good breathing techniques which help keep the immune system on a positive path

Always remember and never forget that we are always here for you if you have questions about anything, don't hesitate to ask. If I am not sure of the answer  I will find it out for you and don't forget to continue with your wellness #chiropractic care!

Please take good care of yourselves in these crazy times.

Yours in good health,

Dr. Ray and staff
