Proper Grilling and BBQ Tidbits from Dr. Ray

Always a pleasure chatting with y'all, it is an honor and privilege. Now, lets get down with healthy BBQ/grilling tips. Every big and/or little thing we do, our vertebrae are included. So, always remember and never forget; 
1- When replacing filled propane, bend with those knees and keep that back straight- hand tighten only.
2- When grilling, bend knees a bit and don't drool on cooking meat...
3- When flipping burgers and rotating dogs, be gentle with your elbows (I don't want any of you getting "lateral hot dog tendinitis.") I prefer HEBREW NATIONALS!!!- made from a higher power.

It is that "higher power" that keeps our bodies healthy along with the things we know we should do. So happy summer and don't forget to GET ADJUSTED.
