Those Darn Masks...

Ill be honest with you, I can not stand wearing the masks. They
make me hot, it fogs up my glasses, it makes me feel claustrophobic and it keeps
me too warm. But…I understand the reason for them so I abide.
I certainly hope all of you are wearing the darn masks and
following all of the guidelines we have been told to do. It is important so
please continue to do so.
God willing very soon we wont need to worry about them anymore,
but until then be good boys and girls and follow these instructions.
Now that things are opening up more, the office continues to
be open while continually cleaned and sanitized and ready to receive all of you
who have not been to the office for a while. I am sure many of your spines have
been telling you it is time to call Dr. Ray for an adjustment. We are here for
you as usual and will continue to be so.
I hope all of your family and friends have been healthy and
safe through this pandemic. Always remember and never forget, Resnick
Chiropractic is here for you!
Yours in good health,
Dr. Ray and staff
PS-twice in the last few months I went to drink something

Handling the Stressors

Certainly the recent Coronavirus story has grown and grown and has gotten scarier as time has gone on, but it's important to try our best to not let these stresses make us sick because then we only get weaker and our immune system takes a hit. Every time we allow stress to effect us our immune system gets weaker.
All I am saying everyone is to please take a deep breath and wash your hands more often then you might have been accustomed to and don't let yourself get sick over this epidemic.
Here is just a little list of things you can do to decrease stress in your body:
- Positive mental attitude
- Intermittent adjustments helps the immune system work properly
- Get as much sleep as you can
- Stay away from the news each day if that drives you crazy and effects your mental health
- Make sure you take some multi vitamins
- Go online and look up some good breathing techniques which help keep the immune system on a positive path
Always remember and never forget that we are always here for you if you have questions about anything, don't hesitate to ask. If I am not sure of the answer I will find it out for you and don't forget to continue with your wellness #chiropractic care!
Please take good care of yourselves in these crazy times.
Yours in good health,
Dr. Ray and staff
