An important reminder from Dr. Ray: Increasing laptop usage elevates the odds of ridiculous ergonomics (proper work station placement). In other words- place your laptop on a table so your posture can be like your using a desktop computer. PLEASE don't fall into the trap of working on your laptop rolled in a ball on your bed or sofa.
