The Resnick Chiropractic staff would like to express our warmest holiday greetings to all patients, family, and friends. From Thanksgiving all the way to Christmas and everything in between, Resnick Chiropractic wishes all a happy holidays. Some holiday health tips from the Doc:
1.- While the weather gets colder and the roads get coated with ice, drive safe and slow when you can and always wear your seatbelt.
2- When shoveling snow, bend with your knees and use your legs to lift for less strain on your back and less pain on your body
3- If you can't get to the gym to do your stretches or any workouts the Doc gives you due to weather, make sure you take care of your stretches and excersises at home so you can stay in tip top shape
Always here to help and make you feel the best you can.
With Love,
Resnick Chriopractic Staff
